In today's day and age, a name and an email address are like gold.
On each Lead Magnet, the person opts-in to a form. Once he/she opts in, we release the content that they're looking for.
Then, we want to indoctrinate them and introduce them to you, the Realtor/Broker/Investor. So after they opt in, they're taken to a Thank You page where they're introduced to you and you thank them for taking the time to look at whatever content it was that they received.
This is where the relationship starts to build and this is where Trust is developed.
Trust is extremely important.
What we're finding is that too many Real Estate Agents are doing too many things wrong... They're relying on traditional marketing methods such as "knocking doors," sending expired listing letters, and "ringing FSBOs."
The Real Estate Agents who use these old methods are trying to go wide into the marketplace and get known.
What they could do instead is go deep and build trust with a larger group of people in a shorter time frame than if they went and physically did the above methods.
So, on the Thank You page we indoctrinate the new lead with who you are with just a quick greeting. They get to see who you are, how you express yourself, your mannerisms; they really get to study you.
This is a key point in a transaction because they're going to do this anyway if you're knocking doors, sending letters and cold calling, and they call you to their house the first time... they're going to develop that first impression feel: do I like this person or not?

So after we say "thank you" on the page we're going to further indoctrinate them with who you are, why you got into the business, why you are special, what you've done for other people, how you've made other people feel and why you're in this business in the first place.
This is done with the Intro. And we also do this with a Follow-Up sequence via email. (The one we've created can last an entire year per prospect.)
In addition, we retarget them with social media or retarget them with email.
